What this platform does

THE RESCUERS connects citizens with independent rescuers/NGOs/government bodies. We do not provide rescue services ourselves - the actual rescue is carried out by a registered rescuer on their own responsibility.

No guarantee

We cannot guarantee a nearby Rescuer will always be available. Verification does not mean the platform takes responsibility for a rescuer's every action - verification is a basic identity/information check.

User responsibilities

Do not try to catch, touch, or approach the snake or animal yourself - see the Safety guide. Sending false rescue requests or misusing the platform may result in your account being suspended.

Medical emergencies

For a snakebite or other medical emergency, go to a hospital immediately. This website, or any rescuer on it, is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Account and Verification

If you register as a Rescuer, the information you provide must be accurate. An Admin may suspend/reject a profile at any time.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. If you have questions, contact us.
